We read through our reviews from the past year and wanted to highlight some of our favorites for our last blog of the year.

My very first time I went to Luther Nissan was when I thought and afraid I was having problems with my transmission. I called them and they had me in right away to assure me that it was just a computer glitch. Everyone was so pleasant, helpful, and professional when I first saw them. When I was in a week later for routine maintenance, they knew me by name! They also caught things that my last maintenance shop didn't see/look at, and I didn't feel like they were just trying to get as much money as they could out of me. Best customer service I have ever experienced with car dealerships and repair shops! I will now only go to them for something as simple as an oil change just because how fair and pleasant they treated me. I recommend them to anyone!”

“I just stopped in to get my mileage certified for a Kia rebate. The service person did it quickly and with a smile. When I had this done at another non-Luther Kia dealership, they acted like I was putting them out - which was interesting because there were no other customers around. The Luther dealership was teeming with employees and customers - yet they made me feel welcome even though I wasn't going to spend one cent there. I'll definitely go back to the Inver Grove Kia Nissan dealership if I ever need any repairs on my Kia Soul (50,000 miles and I haven't needed any repairs yet!).”

“I was looking for a Nissan with specific build. As time was short we asked dealerships to send the best quote they can. Unlike few other dealerships that did beat around the bush to get me to visit their dealerships, Luther and in specific Igor Tenenbaum gave the best with all possible incentives and informed me in timely manner what they can and cannot do (If any) instead of just saying anything to earn business. I moved out of Minneapolis but for the service they offered I flew in and drove the vehicle back. It was worth the effort even though I could have got something on similar price closer to me as I am sure I am dealing with a straight forward sales guy and can trust him on his information on the vehicle.”

“I dread dealing with dealerships in general, however, Luther Nissan turned dread into an enjoyable experience. All of the staff, from beginning to end, were honest courteous and downright fun to deal with. I came to the dealership to look at a specific car they had on the lot, but quickly found it did not fit my needs. Through conversation, Mitch was able to direct me to my perfect vehicle to fit my family's needs....though admittedly, it fits mine best of all. Nothing like walking out with a fun car from a great staff!”

“Had a great experience at Luther and with Mike in getting my Kia Borrego repaired. Loved the availability of late night service hours. I made an appointment for 9:30 PM. They were ready for me when I arrived, the worked on my vehicle right away, and I was out the door in the time frame promised. Will definitely be back.”
