Found a vehicle I liked on cars.com from this location, came to see it and indeed wanted the vehicle! Features listed online were not actually present (automatic parking), but I went for the Sportage regardless. Jacob and Brandon were friendly and fine to deal with, but didn't know much about my chosen vehicle. Wasn't thrilled with the extreme lowball on my trade-in, but came to an unhappy agreement. I do love my new car and hope they continue to provide quality service as time goes.

This is the fourth vehicle I have leased from KIA Inver Grove. I was dealing with their salesperson, Scott Holerud, who I felt was great. I felt that he worked hard for me through the whole process.

The staff was cordial, though I experienced delays; they falsely claimed I had declined the 24,000-mile service.
I arrived 10 minutes early for my 10:00 AM appointment. I watched them drive the car to the lot, where it stayed until 10:50 AM (almost 1 hour after I arrived), when it was taken to the shop. The car was ready at 11:15 AM. Had I shown up at my scheduled time of 10:30 AM, I would have been asked to reschedule. This is the second time, including a previous Kia service, that the dealer has been significantly behind on a basic maintenance appointment.

From drop off to pick up, everyone involved was great to work with, friendly, knowledgeable and keep her in the loop along the way. Drove 320+ miles round trip to close a deal on a 2024 Outback Premium after the salesperson (Jacob Gorman) repeatedly confirmed by text that everything was set — including a “washed and ready” text that same morning as we left. I had a fantastic experience with the sales team at Luther Kia and Nissan. I ran into an issue, and the sales team stepped up and solved it right away. Their quick action and excellent customer service completely saved the day, and I highly recommend working with them.However, my experience with the service department was a bit off. There seems to be a significant issue with communication and rudeness from the service staff. While the sales side of this dealership is exceptional, the service side definitely needs to improve how they interact with customers.

One of the best service experiences! I previously was serviced at Jeff Belzers in Lakeville, had an horrible experience and this place blew them out of the water! They did my oil change, serviced a recall, fixed my check engine light issue, AND replaced my windshield in a day! Joe J. was so kind and helpful and explained all of the billing details to me.
