This dealership exceeded my expectations and were amazing with helping out in the buying process. We eventually picked out The Vehicle after some time and tears (because my wife didn’t want to see her car go, but wanted something different). Elmer (my salesman) was amazing, Phil (not our salesman, but the most helpful guy), Brandon (the finance guy), Isaac/ Aliyh (the two upfront when you walk in to the dealership) were all amazing!!! Honestly, if I could, I would buy more cars just to keep going back. They were all wonderful and very easy to work with.

If you want a car, new used come to luther kia of inmer grove they are super reliable nice THEY DONT LIE ON INSPECTION REPORT, they adress all maintance issues are really kind and straight foward and ask for Jacob he is the best sales person he will attach your licences plate to car too and try to accomadate all of your needs
The advisor was great. He kept me informed of the progress of my repair. The customer waiting area was very clean and they provide coffee, water and snacks. We will continue having our car serviced here.

I would like to commend Tou Thao, the Hmong Sales Consultant. He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable in explaining the sales process and all that, even as I'm a bit out of date on some of the sales process and found it quite confusing and overwhelming. He is also quite knowledgeable and down to earth and approachable. I enjoy my red EV6 Wind i bought from him. The finance manager was also reasonable about explaining different options without being too pushy. I would definitely buy from Tou again.

Dishonest sales practices – Sold my reserved car out from under me
The vehicle was in transit. I had a formal deposit on a 2027 Telluride Hybrid SX-P (VIN ending in 017145) to ensure it would be ready for my wife’s birthday (One month from the booking date). When the car was due, my salesperson attempted to cheat me by claiming the vehicle was "delayed until June."

I was there recently in April for some recall issues on a 2025 model. They were punctual, attentive, friendly and gave me a loaner for the day. The work was satisfactorily completed by the end of the day. It was as simple as that.

Yesterday I visited the service center to get an oil change and tire rotation. The service was quick. The staff were polite and everything was explained clearly I was very satisfied with the visit and the quality of the work. thank you to the team for the great service.

I really didn't go in with the intention of purchasing a vehicle on that day, but Tou was so on top of what I needed in a car that his efficiency with such matters made it impossible not to. No pressure but just plain common sense on how we could get to the finish line of a sale.
Tou answered questions without hesitation, gave insight on other vehicles available and overall packages for each. Glad we went with the vehicle we initially inquired about.
Got in and out within two hours of the appointment time. Has set aside three hours, so a win in my book.
I purchased this SUV online and Josh was very helpful with the purchase. After completing a seamless purchase, I few to Minneapolis to pick up the SUV. It was just as advertised, and Josh had all the paperwork ready, and I was quickly on my way home driving a SUV in perfect condition. I highly recommend Luther Nissan.

Service is always great! One thing I do not care for is the newest update on the KIA Sorento Hybrid. The car updated automatically in November, and the results are weak. Shifting is choppier, cold weather handling is worse, and the update did not seem to improve anything in the car.
Made an appointment online for the following morning to get an oil change + tire rotation + inspection. Service Writer was both clear and friendly (worked with John Sexton). The whole process (from driving in to leaving the property) was done under an hour, and cost about a hundred bucks. Had a nice lounge area where I got some work done while I waited. Will be back!
They do a great job making a video of the walk through process and finding little problems and fixing them before they turn into big ones. I can see what they are talking about and it’s reassuring.
My advisor was David Dibucci, went in for service, he was great! Up front with everything. Next time will continue to work with him.
Exterior of car was really dirty but worst of all the tires all were about 5 lbs low on air that’s irresponsible

The entire experience was great. From the test driving of a few vehicles to understanding the warranties. Jovonie Wilson was outstanding, he and the team set up auto sign procedures for the paperwork and I was able to take care of that online and come in and take the car home faster then any past dealership experience.
